  • Introduction

Welcome to the Finestra Sul Borgo website, dedicated to renting our apartment in Trevignano Romano. By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

Owners: Carlo and Giulio Cipollini, who own and manage the apartment.

Guest: The person renting the apartment.

Apartment: The property located in Trevignano Romano, called Finestra Sul Borgo, available for rent.

  • Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, direct contact or platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

  • Payments

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card and Apple Pay.

  • Cancellations and Refunds
  • Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before arrival and get a full refund.
    Example    : If your check-in is January 10 at 3 PM, you can cancel free of charge until 3 PM on January 9.
  • Late cancellations: Cancel less than 24 hours before arrival and you’ll be charged for the first night; the remainder of your stay will be refunded.
    Example: With a January 10 check-in at 3 PM, if you cancel on January 9 at 10 PM, you pay only for the first night.
  • No-show: If you don’t show up and don’t let us know, the full cost of the stay is non-refundable.
  • House Rules
  • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
  • Pets are not allowed without prior authorization.
  • Guests are required to respect the quiet of the neighborhood and use the apartment responsibly.
  • Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately to the owners.

  • Limitation of Liability

The owners will not be liable for any loss, damage, accident or injury suffered by guests during their stay, except in the case of gross negligence on the part of the owners.

  • Privacy

Personal information provided by guests will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in the dedicated section of the site.

  • Changes to Terms

The owners reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

  • Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
