  1. IntroductionWelcome to the Finestra Sul Borgo website, dedicated to renting our apartment in Trevignano Romano. By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
  2. Definitions Owners- Owners: Carlo and Giulio Cipollini, who own and manage the apartment.- Guest: The person renting the apartment.- Apartment: The property located in Trevignano Romano, called Finestra Sul Borgo, available for rent.
  3. ReservationsReservations can be made through our website, direct contact or platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
  4. PaymentsWe accept payments by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (Online payment service that allows you to buy now and pay later with flexible and secure options).
  5. Cancellations and RefundsCancellations made within 2 days of your arrival date will be fully refunded. If you cancel after this time or if you are a no-show, we will not be able to issue a refund.Example - Imagine you have a booking with an arrival date of August 10th. If you cancel your booking on or before August 8th (inclusive), you will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel your booking on August 9th or August 10th itself, or if you do not show up on August 10th, you will not receive a refund. In short, you are only entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking up to 2 days before your arrival date.
  6. House Rules- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 11:00 AM.- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.- Pets are not allowed without prior authorization.- Guests are required to respect the quiet of the neighborhood and use the apartment responsibly.
  7. Guest ResponsibilitiesGuests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately to the owners.
  8. Limitation of LiabilityThe owners will not be liable for any loss, damage, accident or injury suffered by guests during their stay, except in the case of gross negligence on the part of the owners.
  9. PrivacyPersonal information provided by guests will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in the dedicated section of the site.
  10. Changes to TermsThe owners reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
  11. Applicable LawThese terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
